The Holy Scriptures We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be the verbally and plenary inspired Word of God.The Scriptures are inerrant, infallible and God-breathed, and therefore are the final authority of faith and life. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament are the complete and divine revelation of God to man.The Scriptures shall be interpreted according to their normal grammatical-historical meaning. They shall be recognized as the infallible rule of faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; Hebrews 4:12; 1 Peter 1:23-25; 2 Peter 1:20-21). The Godhead We believe in one Triune God eternally existent as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, three persons in one.(Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19). Jesus Christ We believe in the deity and the virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, His humanity without ceasing to be God, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious suffering and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of God the Father. (Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1; Acts 1:9-10; Philippians 2:6-11). The Fall of Mankind We believe that mankind was created in the image and likeness of God, but that in Adam’s voluntary sin the human race fell, inherited a sinful nature, and became alienated from God.The only hope of reconciling to God is through the person and work of Jesus Christ.(Gen. 3:1-7; Romans 5:12,21) Salvation of Man We believe that salvation is the gift of God by grace alone and is received through repentance of sin and personal faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, and His substitutionary death on the cross. The Holy Spirit bears witness that we are children of God. (Romans 8:16; 10:9-13; Ephesians 2:8-9). Church Ordinances 1. Water baptism is by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It is according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ and is an outward sign and testimony of the inner work of regeneration by the Holy Spirit. It should be observed by all who have received Jesus Christ as their savior and Lord. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38-41). 2. The Lord’ Supper, by the use of the broken bread and the fruit of the vine, is to be observed frequently (i.e. monthly) by all believers. This is an outward expression of a spiritual identification of our Lord Jesus Christ’s suffering and death. Each participant should examine himself for unconfessed sin and repent before partaking. (1 Corinthians 11:20-34). Church Mission We believe the body of Christ is comprised of all born again believers and that the local church is the primary agency for believers to exercise their faith and conduct in the Kingdom of God. This includes glorification of God, evangelizing the world, and equipping all believers to do the former, whether laity or commissioned. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 2:42-47; 1 Corinthians 1:1-2; 12:13; 14:26; Ephesians 4:11-13; Colossians 3:10-11). Baptism of the Holy Spirit We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, which includes the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (subsequent to salvation), His indwelling which enables each believer to live a Godly life, and His supernatural gifting and empowering of the church for it’s work, life and worship.Speaking in unknown tongues, power for evangelism and a greater capacity to manifest the fruit of the Spirit are all initial evidences of this experience. All believers are entitled to, should expect and earnestly seek the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.(Matthew 3:11; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4-8; 2:1-4,39; 10:44-46; 1 Corinthians 12,14). Divine Healing God has provided divine healing through the redemptive work of Christ on the cross.Praying for the sick is to be commonly practiced by believers in the church. (Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:16-17; James 5:14-15). Holiness We believe that the Bible teaches that all believers should live a life of holiness through faith in Jesus Christ. The process of sanctification is the will of God for every believer and should be earnestly pursued by walking in obedience to the Word of God. (Hebrews 12:14; James 5:14-16; 1 Peter 2:24). Second Coming of Christ We believe in the personal return of Jesus Christ to consummate His kingdom, in the resurrection of both the believing and unbelieving. Those believing to eternal life, and those unbelieving to eternal damnation. It is the blessed hope of the church. (Matthew 25:34,46; Acts 1:11; ; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Titus 2:13).

What is the confession that Pastor Dan makes before he preaches?
At Sisco, Pastor Dan leads the congregation into the following confession before he begins to minister:
This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I can do what it says I can do. Today I will be taught the Word of God. I boldly confess my mind is alert, my heart is receptive. I will never be the same. I am about to receive the incorruptible, indestructible, ever-living seed of the Word of God. I will never be the same. In Jesus name.
Why do we lift our hands? Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the LORD (Psalm 134:2). I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing (1 Timothy 2:8). Why do we anoint with oil and pray for the sick? Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven (James 5:14-15).
They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well (Mark 16:18).
Why do we speak in tongues and have interpretation of tongues? For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my mind is unfruitful. So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will also pray with my mind; I will sing with my spirit, but I will also sing with my mind (1 Corinthians 14:14,15). Therefore, my brothers, be eager to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues (1 Corinthians 14:39). If anyone speaks in a tongue, two — or at the most three — should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret (1 Corinthians 14:27).
